Founded in December 2001, the MTKN is a network of state DOT and academic transportation libraries in the Midwest. Spearheaded by the National Transportation Library (NTL), the network is a forum to pool resources, share expertise and best practices while serving as a model for a National Transportation Knowledge Network.
