The MTKN hosts the Transportation Research Digest, produced by John Semmens of the Arizona Transportation Institute, as a service to the transportation research community. This monthly publication condenses and summarizes new research and reports in order to help busy professionals stay abreast of new developments in transportation.

Full documents summarized in the Digest may be obtained in several ways:

• Search TLCat, the Transportation Libraries Catalog, and contact your local transportation library to borrow it.
• Most of the reports featured are in the Arizona Transportation 
  Research Center Library. To inquire about obtaining any of these reports you 
  may phone (602-712-3138) or e-mail Dale Steele (dsteele@azdot.gov). Mr. 
  Steele will let you know whether you may borrow the document. Generally, 
  documents may be borrowed by employees of any government agency in Arizona.  They may also be borrowed via inter-library loan.
• Finally, you may want to contact the publisher using the contact 
  information appearing in the Transportation Research Digest. Some of the 
  documents are free for the asking. Others can be purchased.
